Karen is responsible for strategy and delivery for our document management customers in all sectors, including health and local government.

Graham is the Service Delivery Manager for our Backscanning Operation, responsible for the end-to-end process of records collections, digitisation, and transfer of data to medical systems. Graham has worked in NEC for 12 years across Transformation and ICT manged contracts delivery.
