Chanchal Chandiok receives the ‘100 HR Tech Minds Award’ at the World HRD Congress

Mumbai, 17th Feb 2018: Rave Technologies – A Northgate Public Services Company, is proud to announce that Chanchal Chandiok, HR Director, has received the ‘100 HR Tech Minds Award’ at the World HRD Congress 26th Edition in Mumbai.

The World HRD Congress, organised by Times Ascent, was held at Taj Lands End, Mumbai on 15th to 17th February 2018. The conference was attended by HR professionals from all over Asia, across industries and continents.

At the conference, Chanchal was given the opportunity to moderate a panel discussion on ‘How People Analytics will Harness the future of work?’. The discussion covered how people analytics applies statistics, technology and expertise to large sets of talent data, which results in making better management and business decisions for an organisation. For the first time in history, business leaders can make decisions about their people based on a deep analysis of data rather than the traditional methods of personal relationships, decision making based on experience, and risk avoidance.

Chanchal was invited to moderate another panel discussion focussing on ‘The Impact of Technology on your Employee Value Proposition (EVP)’. This discussion covered how an EVP is the complete offering a company makes to its prospective and current employees in return for their best efforts. How technology in its current state helps to encompass pay and benefits, the non-financial aspects that attract, retain and motivate employees, and reasons due to which employees maintain a positive sentiment toward their former companies.

Chanchal was awarded the ‘100 HR Tech Minds Award’ for her contribution towards the world of Human Resources. Speaking about the award, Chanchal says,
