Chanchal Chandiok Receives Two Awards at the World HRD Congress

Mumbai, 23rd February 2016: Rave Technologies – A Northgate Public Services Company, is proud to announce that Chanchal Chandiok, HR Director, has received two prestigious awards at the World HRD Congress 2016. Chanchal has been awarded ‘The Most Influential HR Tech Leader Award’ and ‘The Women Super Achiever Award’ for her contributions.

‘The World HRD Congress 2016’ organised by the World CSR Day, was held at Taj Land’s End, Mumbai for a duration of 3 days from 15th to 17th February 2016. The conference covered areas like employee engagement, strategic HRM, talent Management, recruiting and staffing. This conference was attended by HR professionals across industries and continents.

This year, Chanchal was invited as a panellist to talk and share her views on ‘Importance of Social Media in HR’. Through this opportunity, Chanchal shared her views on the importance of Social Media from a branding, recruitment and employee engagement perspective. The Congress Jury and Council of Board members conferred Ms Chanchal Chandiok as ‘The Most Influential HR Tech Leader Award’.

Chanchal was one amongst 35 great women achievers across industries that were bestowed with ‘The Women Super Achiever Award’ at the World Women Leadership Congress and Awards. The Women Leadership Award recognises and appreciates the profound role played by women as leaders, executioners, and decision makers, in shaping the future of the region and nation, and who embody the qualities of leadership in displaying active, creative, and integrative efforts in achieving the best possible results in the national and regional development plans.
