Simon Community Outreach Clinic

In partnership with the NSS, we completed an outreach clinic with the Simon Community in the Dublin area. This clinic facilitated the screening of vulnerable patients of no fixed address, who otherwise would be hard to reach and have historically not attended their appointments. We completed this clinic in a Simon Community location; this facilitated the engagement with a cohort of patients who are traditionally underrepresented in the programme.

The clinic was very successful, with an 80% attendance rate, and patients expressed high satisfaction with their overall appointment experience.
