Irish Healthcare Awards 2025

On the 4th of November 2025, NEC attended the Irish Healthcare Awards in Dublin, having been shortlisted in three distinct categories:

• “Best Use of Digital Health & IT” – for ‘the implementation of the pregnancy pathway into the OptoMize software’ (DRS)
• “Innovation in Healthcare and Medicine” – for ‘the National cCMV Pilot Programme integrated with UNHS’ (UNHSP)
• “Excellence in Healthcare Management” – for ‘the continuous improvement of the National Diabetic Eye Screening Service’ (DRS)

These nominations reflect the strength and quality of both programmes managed by NEC in Ireland. This recognition underscores our commitment to delivering initiatives that adhere to the highest standards of patient care.
