NEC Software Solutions UK completes acquisition of Meganexus to enhance its Justice business

Meganexus will form part of NECSWS’ Digital Studio business unit that provides user-centred case management, service design and innovative software across Justice, Healthcare and Government sectors.

Meganexus provides solutions that help improve the lives and support rehabilitation, including:

• Rehabilitation and through-the-gate solutions for the Ministry of Justice (MoJ), now in use across prisons in England and Wales
• A contract management solution for the MoJ to manage prison education contracts and broader regime activities effectively
• Customised training and interventions management solutions for probation and rehabilitation service providers
• Upskilling solutions for local authorities, police, charities, and corporate workforces
• Assessment and tracking solutions for healthcare providers, including NHS Trusts and mental health organisations
