The client was looking for was looking to streamline complex Order-to-Cash Operations using Salesforce within tight timelines. They wanted a partner with expertise in developing Salesforce applications using both declarative and programmatic tools and is well versed in LWC development apex development, integrations and Salesforce core system.

Solution

Two complex business solutions – Chargeback management and Order servicing processes were resolved leveraging Salesforce.

1. Chargeback Management – We helped in developing end-to-end solution for chargeback management process by creating a data model for chargeback management, writing automations using Apex, LWC, Flows etc. to process the chargebacks, integrated Returns and Credits in chargebacks to ensure return orders are managed seamlessly.

2. Order Servicing Processes – To ensure that the orders are managed properly after they are placed, we developed solutions using automation tools like Flows, Apex, and LWC and Order management system APIs were leveraged to implement order servicing processes like Credits, Adjustments, Bulk Order Servicing etc.
