Outdated Infrastructure – The customer’s SAP environment consisting of ECC, BW, PO, and Content Servers had not been upgraded for over 10 years. This exposed the system with cyber threats, performance bottlenecks, compatibility issues with newer integrations, and business applications. 

End of Support Systems – The operating systems, databases and hardware infrastructure supporting SAP operations had all reached end-of-support lifecycle. This caused customers to no longer receive vendor updates or technical assistance from manufacturers, leading to system outages and failures.
