Tina joined NEC Software Solutions in 2016, holding a series of executive director roles before being appointed CEO in April 2021.

With more than 20 years of global technology experience, she has since expanded NEC’s capability through acquisition and targeted product development. Her passion lies in nurturing talent to deliver the best possible outcomes and in spending time with customers to understand their challenges.

In 2025, she was also appointed Corporate Senior Vice President of NEC Corporation, which includes overseeing the Digital ID and Digital Transformation business in NEC America and NEC Australia.

Stefan is our Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for providing financial and business leadership and helping to determine and deliver the company strategy.

Stefan joined in June 2020 from the Capita group where he was Divisional Finance Director for Capita Software. He has extensive experience in senior finance roles in software and technology companies having also worked for Logica/CGI and Fujitsu in both the UK and mainland Europe.

Julie is the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for delivering the company’s core operational platforms. In addition, Julie is responsible for our cloud offering and customer support platforms, as well as bids and frameworks.

She has a proven track record of improving profitability and growth across sales, services and operational functions.

Roger is the Executive Director for government and housing. He is responsible for software solutions into local and central government as well as social housing, both in the UK and internationally.

He joined in 2017 as Director of Housing from Capita, having managed their housing software business from 2004. Roger has a wealth of experience in IT, local government, social housing and managing software development.

As the Executive Director of Health, Lydia is responsible for the delivery of our registries, referral management platform and screening businesses.

Lydia joined NEC in 2019 through the acquisition of EMIS Care and has a proven track record of leadership in both software and services. 

Steve is the Executive Director for Public Safety. He is responsible for the delivery of software solutions and services across the Emergency Services, Justice and Transport markets, both in the UK and internationally.

Steve joined NEC in 2017 and has spent 25 years working with the public sector for PwC and with technology companies including iDox, Esri UK and Civica.

Kedar joined the company in 2004 and is now Managing Director and CFO of NEC Software Solutions India (formerly known as Rave Technologies).

He has more than 25 years of experience in enhancing, managing, and executing business across India. He is in charge of leading the team in India, as well as managing operations and the company’s international development.

Marco leads the Digital Studio business unit at NEC while lending his knowledge, passion and experience in setting up the Digital Services function across the business.

He is always on a mission to create a portfolio of products and services that can make a tangible difference to people working in the public services. As a former public servant for 12 years, Marco has had first-hand experience of good and bad digital tools and their impact on the delivery of front-line public services. Armed with this knowledge, he has successfully delivered five major digital solutions in central government with NEC and is still going strong.

Zoe Fahy is Chief Legal Officer, responsible for leading the organisation’s legal team. Her primary focus is advising and supporting the business on all legal aspects of our customer contracts. This includes competitive procurements, negotiating direct awards, and managing legal disputes.

Having been part of the business for over 10 years, Zoe is instrumental to our continual development.

Patrick is the Chief HR Officer, leading the company’s HR team and responsible for the people aspects of strategic change and business development. Skilled in people strategies, Patrick has extensive experience in business acquisition, restructuring, TUPE and change management.

Having spent over 25 years in HR, he also has strong experience in building and mentoring strong leadership teams.

Peter is the Commercial Director, responsible for the sales teams in Government, Housing and Health. In addition, Peter also oversees the Design Studio, Snook, as well as our Customer Services and Sales Operations teams.

He has over 30 years experience working with Government and Housing across a variety of geographies, and has a proven track record of winning and delivering business while creating lasting client relationships.
