NEC Housing takes Ireland by storm
Authorities in Ireland select NEC Housing as the digital platform to transform their housing services.
In recent years, South Dublin County Council, Dún Laoghaire – Rathdown County Council and Fingal County Council have all selected NEC Housing as the platform to drive forward their vision for the future of housing.
South Dublin joined us as a brand new customer and went live earlier this year. One of their priorities was a platform that provided a single, holistic view of a customer. Previously, South Dublin had an array of solutions that didn’t integrate. But now, at any moment, a housing officer has access to a complete picture of a tenant – everything from a history of arrears to repairs in a home. Another important factor in choosing NEC Housing was the digital offering for their customers, so tenants can engage online for a streamlined customer service.
Dún Laoghaire – Rathdown and Fingal are long term customers of NEC having worked with us for over 12 years each. And their decision to move to NEC Housing completes the journey of all NEC Irish customers in selecting the platform. They each saw the advantages of upgrading to NEC Housing following the massive investment NEC has made in the solution. Similar motivations drove their commitment to NEC Housing: consolidating solutions onto one platform to provide a better user experience for staff and a clear single view of information. They also recognised the possibilities of an improved digital offering for tenants and selected the platform that best suited their needs. What’s more, the move to NEC Housing helps support customers in key pathway areas with the delivery of Housing for All – a new Housing Plan for Ireland.
