NEC Health partners with HTN for webinar on digital in supporting pathway redesign

NEC Health is partnering with HTN for an upcoming webinar on Wednesday 15 July, 10:00-11:00, exploring how digital is supporting pathway redesign across the NHS.

Pathway redesign is a key focus for organisations looking to improve access, flow and coordination of care. As systems continue to respond to demand pressures and evolving models of service delivery, there is a growing emphasis on ensuring that redesigned pathways are not only well-defined, but are also effective in day-to-day practice.

This webinar will bring together perspectives from across secondary, community and specialist care, offering insight into how organisations are approaching pathway redesign and the role digital tools are playing in supporting that work.

The panel includes:

  • Sarah Hanbridge, CCIO and deputy SRO/CIO, Leeds Teaching Hospitals
  • Lee Rickles, CIO, Humber Teaching NHS FT
  • Amanda Jackson, associate CCIO and digital inclusion lead, Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust
  • Lydia Salice, divisional director for digital, Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
  • David East, Rego Director, NEC Software Solutions

Together, they will discuss:

  • Key challenges in redesigning pathways — and how they are being addressed
  • Real-world approaches and examples of what is working (and what isn’t)
  • What good looks like in practice — and how progress can be measured

The session will focus on the realities of delivering pathway redesign in live environments, including how digital can support more effective coordination of care. It will also explore how pathways are being managed and improved in day-to-day practice — including the role digital plays in supporting referral pathways and overall service flow across systems.

For NEC Health, this webinar forms part of a broader focus on contributing to conversations around how digital can support practical, measurable improvements in care delivery, working alongside NHS organisations and partners.
